Mayeling Bilpodiwala, is the Chief Mentor and co-founder of “The Catalystz”. She holds a Master’s degree in English Literature, Diploma in Shipping and Integrated Transport Management and Export Marketing. She is a Certified Trainer and an NLP Practitioner. She is a well-known name in the International Agri-Commodities Trade.

 

Mayeling has handled business of close to 600 million US Dollars in her entire career. She also has experience in training, nurturing, and mentoring multi-cultural teams across continents comprising individuals of diverse backgrounds to realize their full potential, thus delivering organisational goals and objectives. The last position she held was Vice President (Marketing).

After a successful career in International Business, Chartering, Operations and Trading in Agri-commodities spanning 19 years she set up her dream project “The Catalystz” aimed at helping young people to realize their true potential and achieve their goals. Mayeling is a Corporate Coach/Trainer/Facilitator and works with various Corporates and Institutions.

 

Training is her passion. She trains groups in Language Enrichment, diction, intonation, pronunciation, articulation and voice modulation including those with speech defects. She also conducts various workshops on Soft Skills, Personal Growth, and Behavioural Skills.

 

Mayeling is also associated as a Guest Faculty with St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad for programs on Soft Skills and Personal Growth.

Sudeep Fernandes, is the Co-founder of “The Catalystz”. He is a Post Graduate in Business Management specializing in Marketing, an International Commodity broker, a qualified trainer and an NLP practitioner. He has 18 years of experience working in various capacities, in industries spanning Media, Advertising, Recruitment, Music, Retail and Agri-Commodities. He is now a successful entrepreneur engaged in international trading of commodities.

Sudeep, is an extrovert and is very comfortable mixing with people of all age groups, ethnicity, cultures, linguistic groups etc. He is a natural comedian and uses humour to connect with his audience. Sudeep has also worked in theatre and been part of various stage shows during his scholastic days. He is also a guitarist and enjoys various genres of music Blues, Jazz, Rock n Roll and Gospel Rock to name a few. Sudeep is also a public speaker and a much sought after Master of Ceremonies, and has anchored various events.

Sudeep is a Corporate Coach/Trainer/Facilitator and is also associated as a Guest Faculty with St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad for programs on Soft Skills and Personal Growth.
